Code Pink is a group of confused people. They says - ‘We in the peace movement have spent the last five years protesting the wars’ and ‘We are not war protesters.’ at the same time. What kind of peace is this when you ask the father of a slain marine in Berkeley - ‘Hey, how does it feel to have your son die for oil?’ This is more than a disgrace, their goals are purported and methodologies are misdirected and irrational.

Code Pink is good for nothing. The group believes in talking with pro-war crowd, may I ask do the pro-war groups exist anywhere? You can find some anti-irrational group but no pro-war crowd. As we all know war is a product of political differences at international level.If you solve the political differences there will be no war, and to win your opponents politically, you will have to win the hearts of others. The code-pink is not able to do such things so it is doing all nonsense activities.

So many critics no supporters..I personally know some of the members of Central Oregon codepink community. I believe their activities are for good cause and they are are honorable. It depends upon the people how they define the word honorable. Comment on the group but only after knowing the detail of the agenda of the national CODEPINK organizations. People are responsible for their own actions so you are and they are.

@Brittany, I think you have no idea that these activists are anti-national. Codepink community had acknowledged a donation of $600,000 in medical supplies and cash in 2005 to the groups involved in war against the US troops in Fallujah, Iraq. They provided $600,000 worth of ‘aid and comfort’ to the enemies not to the brave soldiers. They even refer to US troops as ‘Killers in their own website.’

@Angel, for me it is sad to know that you and people like you are not getting what their agenda is. Their motive is to convince parents not to send their soldier sons to fight in Iraq. They can support the troops but not for sending them to hell. It may be one of the most effective strategies to resisting the war in Iraq by making it tough to find youth to send in Iraq as cannon fodder. They should not go there to die in war based on lies. The Iraq war is illegal.
