							<description><![CDATA[It is not only United States which face this kind of problem. Even other developed countries have still the orthodox attitude that women are inferior to men. New Zealand may be the first country giving women suffrage rights and maybe we have seen many women politicians enjoying the center stage, but still somewhere deep there is discrimination.  People still have problem taking us equally seriously. And it is not only about New Zealand or US, but I have cousins in Australia and England and they also feel that opportunities and rewards are not equal.]]></description>
